Mission
LATINAN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to support, educate and advocate for our clients who wish to gain an immigration benefit in the United States. As an immigration advocacy organization, LATINAN believes that our clients deserve the respect, protection, and voice to their rights. We value the importance of forming personal relationships with each of our clients and their families and members of other organizations, most of whom live in California’s Central Valley.

Years Serving communities
During the last four years, our legal team identified less than 10 potential clients each year who were unable to apply for legal status in the United States.
A track record of success
From 2016 to 2018 100% of the client's petitions were filed to the USCIS office.
